Facility Rentals

As you will find out, we are committed to making your event a success, providing an unparalleled level of customer service and professionalism – all at an affordable price.

We will customize every rental to fit your exact needs. We offer reduced pricing for small groups under 25 and for non-profits.

 

Security/Cleaning deposits apply to all rentals.

Events

We host a variety of events year round! We are the perfect choice for any event; Weddings, birthday parties, fundraisers, meetings, concerts, camps, art classes and horse shows.  We provide a diverse venue that can house it all! We have two exhibit buildings totaling over 12,000 sq ft of indoor gathering space, a beautiful outdoor stage and much more– providing the perfect location for any event!

Base Rental Pricing:

  • Carol Bock Hall: $500 

  • $250 for half day set up

  • Mary's Room or the Den: $150

  • Kitchen $300

  • Chinook Bay: $150

  • Outdoor - Arena events: $500

  • Outdoor - Stage Area: $1500

  • Carol Bock + Side rooms $800
